PhotoTalks: NameExIf 2.3_Progressive numeration at pictures is not considered

| Dear developers, thanks for the great software! My Pixel 7 pro uses the following nomination for pictures: "PXL_20240908_123514081", where the last 3 numbers "081" are a progressive number of the pictures taken -> This 3 numbers are not taken in consideration using your great software -> The pictures result as "PXL_20240908_123514" after being correctly processed -> "081" simply has not been considered and misses. Please add a "tag" or anyway the possibility to associate/consider also such part of the file nomination during the elaboration process. If such possibility is already available, sorry, but even if I searched for a while, I didn't find the solution. But in case it is still not available, I hope you will have the interest/will be able and it will be possible to add such detail/function.
