PhotoTalks: please add language file to make Namexif multi-lingual

| hi, Thank you for developed Namexif, it is a very useful tool. However, the language is a barrier for Non-English users. I want to translate it into my native language - Chinese, but there is no language file for it. Could you please add language file for it so that we can make full translations? Thanks. |

| Hi, We'll be able to provide UTF-8 but unfortunately not Unicode languages for now. This means, we won't be able to support languages like Chinese. Now, we can support many other languages and we can also look forward for doing the same product with an infrastructure able to support Chinese. Thank you. |
